Jason, seems that we went over this in clinic and the answer was no ... specifically due to these two examples and similar plays:

1) A32 is about to get tackled on a play after time has expired around the B10, and sees A88 in the endzone - he throws it to A88 for the TD. Penalty is Illegal forward pass, which carries with it LOD. Ruling - A does not get to run another play after the enforcement of the penalty.

2) Time has expired on a 1st and 10 pass play, A12 throws the ball no-where near an A player and is flagged for grounding, but B56 picks off the pass - during the return, B56 fumbles, A recovers and returns the fumble for a TD. B must accept the penalty to avoid the TD, but because the penalty carries a LOD, A does not get another play.
