Poncino blew a call at 2nd base on the final play in the Padres/DBacks game today. Bochy came out to argue, and Poncino realized he blew the call and changed his safe call to out, giving the win to the Padres.

They play was a hot smash to Barfield's (F4) left. His throw pulled F3 off the base, but Gonzalez alertly threw to 2nd in time for the force, but Poncino, thinking it was a tag play, called the runner safe. That was the out that clinched the NL West. The score at the time was 7-6 after Hoffman nearly blew the save with back-to-back HRs.
