And if they do, it'll be everbody's fault but the Genius. If they don't make it, LaRussa will find someone to blame. If he was managing the Christians, I'd root for the Lions(not that I might not do that anyway). He's a dickhead and a phony. Every year his pitchers lead the league in hitting people in the head, and every year LaRussa gives out a phony sermon about pitchers shouldn't be throwing at hitters. I ain't fond of Houston either. Roger Clemens is just behind or tied with the Professor when it comes to phoniness.....but I'd rather see them sneak in than the Cards.
