Exactly!
1.I think there is some magic about the end zone, don't you?
2. I would say that the difference is that none of the other scenarios would result in points for R.
3. Similar to a fumble by A. if it goes out at B's 1, good shape. If it goes out in the end zone, bad news.
4. This is why I don't write the rules, but simply complain about the ones others write.
