What does "Dead ball" mean? Check the rule book, it has a definition.

Time is a rather ambiguous term, undefined in the book, which philosophers have been debating the meaning of for centuries. All I know about Time is that it keeps flowing, like a river (on and on). To the sea. Til it's gone forever.
