As I recall, the NCAA put in a rule last year restricting the
offense from substituting when the snap is imminent. (More specifically, they can't snap the ball until the defense has had a chance to make its subs as well.) And our Canadian brethren don't allow subs right before the snap. But NFHS has no such rule.
