Honigs will not have them til November and OC won't answer their phone. I tried google to no avail and thought someone here might know of a site I could get one from pretty soon.

The new manuals aren't printed until later, I think.
My guess is Honig's will have them available as soon as they are ready for distribution.
If it's me, I'll wait for the new one's... from Honig's.
