Mish-mash of ASA illegal player rule(s)
Why is the effect for the illegal player listed generally in 4-6-F and then again in 4-6-G with specific reference to 4-6-A thru C? Why does this reference not inlcude the effect of 4-6-F?
Shouldn't 4-6-F just be the opening paragraph of 4-6-G?
What does the EFFECT of 4-6-F add that has not already been covered in the individual specific cases of 4-6-C-1 thru 9?
Is it just me, or could the writup of this rule be significantly simplified?
