For MA HIgh School games in 2006:
Varsity: $77.00 w/5-man on-field crew + official CO (CO gets $55.00)
Sub-Varsity: $55.00 w/3-man crew
Thanksgiving Day game: $92.00 w/5-man on-field crew + official CO
Annual board dues are 1 varsity game fee ($77.00)
Assigning commisioner is paid by the member schools.
