When coaches don't listen....

...it becomes the refs fault!

I know this crew as I signed up to work the chains in two of their playoff games in my district in recent years. For semi-finals and finals our state sends crews out of district. Any way, this is a very good crew and my good friend (the BJ who transferred to the shore a few years ago) told me they clearly reminded the coaches when they received this assignment that O/T was NOT permitted as per the all-star rules in their pre-game meeting with coaches. You would think they would listen. Noooooo. Instead, they begged the officials to play the O/T which only made people more frustrated.

Kudos to them for not irresponsibly putting their necks on the line and getting into potential trouble by allowing O/T.
