Yea, yea, I know. It was a record for the most number of runs scored in one inning by any Mets team. Now, both grand slams were hit to the opposite field; one of the pitches was right on the corner, and the other one was 6" outside the strike zone, so I don't entirely blame the pitchers. But there were 2 errors committed by Todd Walker, including dropping a throw at second that could've been a double play in that same inning.
If you take away that one half inning, the Cubs win 7-2.
Selective memory is necessary if you're a Cubs fan.
