Any Gold team may enter any Sector Tournament. Sector teams are protected by being given from March 15 to April 15 to enter with priority over non-sector teams. After April 15, non-sector teams will be added up to the minimum of 24, and to the maximum number the TD establishes. All entries are accepted in the order of receipt after April 15.
It is the prerogative of the appropriate TD to establish a deadline to close registrations, and/or a deadline to recieve payment. Most TD's would not consider an entry actually received unless it included payment.
