My fault I should have said it was ASA rules with a "local" flair, i.e. some Fed. & NSA things thrown in. It wasn't a qualifier, just a fun throw together of 12u teams that didn't have anywhere else to play that weekend. The tournament rules had a "jewelery clause" in them. They also let them bat 11 with 2 EPs but used ASA pitching and re-entry rules.
