I need to modify my answer slightly. If Team A had team control when the held ball occured, and the arrow is pointing toward Team A's basket, then there is no reset of the shot clock.

If there is no team control at the time of the held ball (after a try, for example), then the shot clock is reset regardless of who gets the possession.

NCAA 2-14-6c, 2-14-7e.
