From Playoffs to 8U - a week of firsts
I did my first FED varsity playoff game on Tuesday and then Thursday and Friday did my first 8U coach pitch.
I wanted to let Al know that those little squirts are really fun. The rules are a bit quirky with a foul arc in front of the plate and 5 pitches and you're done. The coaches are great (except when more than 5 players come inside the bases on defense).
It has been a good week for softball
