There's a huge tourney/event in Jacksonville in mid-July. The name escapes me at the moment. It lasts about a week. Otherwise, I don;t know of any summer HS leagues in NC. There maybe local areas that play for a week or two but they'll use local officals. AAU, YBOA or USSSA weekend tourneys are probably your best bet.
