Never say never!
Hey, don't be so sure about replacements or "scabs" not getting a shot at pro ball. A realistic possibility exists that local umpire associations (probably collegiate but not necesarily) may take over short season A ball and possibly all of single A level PORFESSIONAL baseball after this all hashes out.
