No kidding. I would say 95% of those working MiLB games have absolutely
ZERO aspirations of working full time. Why would they want to go from making 65,000/yr to making peanuts? Most of 'em can't wait till the regular guys come back anyway - it's the regular guys' place to be there. They are the most qualified to work them.
