primary is BU. Call in your area, watch the other area(s). Give your partner the chance to make the call. If partner has a good look, I'm probably going to trust my partner's judgement."
In a game a couple of years ago, a similar play happened, obviously INT, but the relatively new BU signalled OBS as the PU called "dead ball", then INT.
