High school players are not allowed to wear jewlery at all, which includes bracelets of all types (except medic alert). It is a safety issue.

The sweatband is functional. Your other examples are decorative - hence, jewelry.

Pitchers are not allowed to use equipment that is distracting to the batters. A white glove, I guess, is viewed as distracting - not just because it is the same color as the ball... Anyway, aren't white balls still legal (even if rare)?

Don't know why the white / gray glove is also illegal for position players.
