Schools

Have not seen this addressed yet. If the minor league umps are still on strike at seasons end, how badly do you think that would hurt the pro schools? I realize there is still plenty of time before it comes into play but what if??

As far as the guys that are planning on going but not worried about getting picked for PBUC and a job, no issue there. However if a guy is planning on going to try and get that job, it would almost be a complete waste of time. There may only be a couple spots opened from people that just decided not to call pro ball any more, but other than that nothing would be open. Plus if they are picked then they fall into the on strike side of this right off.

Personally I would wait until the strike is resolved before I would go myself if I was going to try and get a job.
