Most of you probably didn't see it and didn't care to, but the Red Sox/Rangers game was a gem last night. Both starting pitchers pitched really well, for so early in the season. Some nifty defensive plays, and every AB was important, as the final score was 2-1. I was very impressed with Beckett. He could've gotten very frustrated, as the Sox didn't get any offense going for him early, but he didn't.
I'll agree with Mick. Start the playoffs. The Sox are in, the Yankees are out.
Pretty sure that won't be the case in October. Dan won't even bother to respond to this until the All-Star break.
