That is the one shot that every school has to get into the big dance. Win your conference tourney, and you get in to the big dance. I guess that limiting the tourney to these 34 teams would end a lot of debate about who deserved to get in and who didn't. Not to mention cut down on all the time wasted in forums like this debating who should and shouldn't be in there and bashing idiotic TV analysts.

Except Packer would say there should be exceptions for the major conferences. Wouldn't he?
