When he gathers the ball the left foot is on the ground. Therefore this makes it his pivot foot. He then picks up the left foot and places it back to the floor. Ergo a travel. Please don't say that he's allowed 2 steps
I did say in my original post that I would not call this a travel because there are probably only 1% of officials that would call this and that is not the way to move up the ranks. I was just stating that it is a travel BY RULE.
