You are definitely a half-full-glass kinda guy. I'm still a bit disappointed in the 4 last year, 3 this year, random nature of it all, but I'm going to three camps this summer and I will continue to move forward best I can. I've learned that I have to put myself out there to be seen -- that they aren't going to come looking for me. I've known that for a long time, but I didn't really take it to heart years ago because then I didn't think I was good enough to work deep into the tourney and I feel differently now.
Baseball starts on the 30th for me. I'm thrilled I don't have anything the first weekend of local college conference games. Let others work in the cold, but I still need to load up the van this weekend with my clothes and gear. My first game in Fond du Lac and my second is in Watertown, so at least I don't have to drive TOO far.
