Well, my plan gets Cincinnati into the tournament, since they
clearly are better than several of the at-large teams that were taken. You will have other "bubble" teams that are left out; but as I said, those teams will have RPI's in the 100's instead of in the 20's. And it's very difficult to make the case that a team with an RPI of 120 should be in the tournament.
