NBA Official, Joe DeRosa has 2 "Training & Development", one at Walsh College in Northern Ohio and one at Rio Grande College in Southern Ohio. Usually held in June. If you e-mail me I'll give you some contact information once I get clearance from him. He is also the Supervisor of Officials for the O.R.C.C. and the American Mideast Conferences.
