Thoughts, commments?

IMHRO (In My Humble Rookie Opinion)....

Lowering shoulder, bear hugs, off ball holds, two handed shoves....all intentional....going for the ball with a reach or hammering a shooter to help them earn it is an awfully tough intentional.
