This is a new one on me... The official scorer is obligated to hunt down the visiting coach at the 10 minute mark if she hasn't submitted her starting 5 in NCAA-W.
(She went to her dressing room roughly 15-20 minutes before the game without giving starters and didn't come back to the court until 2 minutes left).
That was my chuckle for the night.
