There are different types of Delay of Game infractions. Some are charged to players and some are charged to the team. I think that all technical fouls that are preceded by an official warning for Delay would be assessed as Team technical fouls. In that case, the technical fouls only count toward the team foul count. They are not charged to any player or coach.
If the Delays were of the type that are assessed to a player, then all of those technicals fouls would count as personal fouls and team fouls. The player would be ejected for receiving two such personal fouls.
We would need a little bit more information about the nature of the Delay call to know for sure.

Correct, except for the part in red. The fouls count towards the kid's total of five for DQ, but are still classified as technical fouls not personal fouls.
