I agree with Fonzzy and Snake~eyes about the suspension, and I suspect that Snake~eyes' answers are correct, but...
There are different types of Delay of Game infractions. Some are charged to players and some are charged to the team. I think that all technical fouls that are preceded by an official warning for Delay would be assessed as Team technical fouls. In that case, the technical fouls only count toward the team foul count. They are not charged to any player or coach.
If the Delays were of the type that are assessed to a player, then all of those technicals fouls would count as personal fouls and team fouls. The player would be ejected for receiving two player technical fouls.
We would need a little bit more information about the nature of the Delay call to know for sure.
