I enjoyed seeing the comments from football officials who are more knowledgeable than I am about things like "holding" and "PI". Just because you are a basketball officials does not mean you know what it takes to be a good football official. I also think the fact that you are an official to call officiating "one side" is kind of sad. I guess if the fouls you call in a game or half were 7 to 4 that you have worked your officiating should be considered one sided. Just like you have philosophies as a basketball official, football officials have similar philosophies as it relates to calls and what not to call. The holding call would not have even been an issue if Madden and Michaels did not say anything about it (which was a terrible angle btw).
