My Board has requested that I sit on the Rating Committee next year to help evaluate my peers. This would prove to be an honor and I look forward to the opportunity. The downside is the animosity that exist within the group when it comes to ratings. I have listened to conversations of AA to C officials and I am amazed at how many are not receptive to constructive criticizm for skills improvement. I'm looking for any comments on how to help coach and mentor my peers so they can better themselves and the game.
