Thanks for the answer. I'm just thinking that if we did it that way, the kid may not have made a run at the worng basket, so instead of helping team A we may have actually helped to confuse them. BTW these were 15 year old boys, so they should have had a better sense of the game situation.
Also coach B asked "How could you call two fouls on the same player?" My answer: "Simple, he committed two fouls" he couldn't disagree.
