Lower Level Shot Clocks
i think Forksref nailed it. We use the shot clock in California and it pretty much just prevents the Dean Smith offense. Though I do have more violations cause they are lower levels and , well need i say more.
I also do some JR High and they don't have shot clocks and have never seen anyone try and go Dean on us.
