BTW, I do call a violation for striking the ball with the fist. As a violation its not that big of a deal. (A T is a big deal.) Normally no one has control anyway....

Why is a T a big deal?They happen sometimes,probably with a heckuva lot more frequency than punched balls(insert joke here).T's are just another call you have to make if you feel it fits the situation.I'm like Todd-I've never officially seen a punched ball.
