If they are JV officials I think it is safe to assume that either all or most of the officials are not very experienced. I am surprised the offended coach did not take issue with everyone being on the FT lane lines. Maybe they did but everyone dropped the ball. That tends to happen with inexperienced officials. We all made mistakes as we were coming up through the ranks.
