These are tough calls. I've got some right and some wrong.

These are two opposing forces: the desire for the coach to call a TO immediatly to protect a possession under duress, and the rules demand that the referee 1) confirm possession and 2) validate the coach calling timeout.

Best solution is to anticipate the TO request coming based on the situation on the court.
