It would still be a T if the player after fouling decides to push the player out of bounds. The ball is dead after the first foul. Any other action is considered to be a dead ball foul, which is now a T. If you decide the acts are two different acts, then you have to call the second one a T. You could call it an intentional technical, but it is still a technical all the same.
