After all that, and you forgot he was suppose, to leave the game. I would probley ignore he has to come out since you let him have the ball to shoot free throws. Its not like you let a wrong player shoot free throws that was fouled. Ive been officiting for 20 years and 15 in high school and I find common sense goes a long way.
