False double technical - the second technical foul comes before the clock has started following the first technical foul.
Example:
Team A gets a technical foul for 6 players on the court. B's coach sends his best player in to shoot the free throws, and B misses both shots. B's coach then goes crazy and starts shouting obscenities.
False double technical - team A will get two shots and the ball.
