Unless you can find a rulebook from around 25-30 years ago, you ain't gonna find it in a rule book either, John. It was a "T" under certain circumstances back then, but that rule has been gone a long time. I think that your "senior" official needs to buy a new rule book- and it might be a good idea if he reads it also. [/B]
