During summer leagues if I'm working a court near an open door every single throw-in is going to be as close to that door as possible.

No wonder you aren't working any college hackey-sack conferences...
Hey! What if I really don't WANT to work those conferences? What if I'm happy staying in the leagues I'm in? (Although, I'll have to admit, 10% of time I think otherwise.)
