Just the ones that need it? Which ones are those? Is this something that can't be taught?
I do it when their might be some confusion over the foul. In the case presented, it's likely that most B supporters (including the coaches) only saw the "clean block" by B2. So, I'd indicate that the foul was on B1. I also tend to incdicate the foul on most off-ball calls.

When A1 is on a break-away and B1 is the only defender back and commits the foul, I tend not to indicate anything other than by blowing my whistle and raising the fist.
