I have sent them back to the table, I have talked to the coach about it and then I have the kids giving me the bum's rush from the bench.
My question is would I be venturing in stepping on it land if I Gave a T as prescribed in the rules ?
And if so have many of you have actually done it this year ?

Not this year because I'm on the injury-reserved list, but, yeah, I've "T"d up the l'il sh!ts before if they've ignored a prior warning. If they wanna ignore a warning, they have to take the consequences. I don't believe in multi-warnings for the same thing.
In l'il kids, you may want to cut 'em some slack, but they should know better in high school ball.
We instruct our officials to follow the same procedure too- one warning per team and then call it. It's amazing how quickly they learn how to follow the proper substitution procedure after they've been "T"d up.
