that is what is says, if it was A's back court, b steals and then it goes out of bounds on new leads side, because they are responsible for that line, they will come up and be new trail and the old lead that went to new trail before the ball went out of bounds goes back to new lead on the opposite end of the court...that was a mouth full!!
So if it's on your side in frontcourt, you take it out... Now if it goes out on the other side of the new lead, the new trail will call it and will come and administer the throw in and will stay trail...two different situations depending on where the ball goes out of bounds!!!
