That one is an exact cite off of the new rules interpretations posted on the NFHS web site. It's Situation #4, if you look at up. The answer-
verbatim is "One technical foul is charged to team A, and it is also charged indirectly to the head coach. COMMENT: In a situation where similar multiple infractions occur at the same time, it is not the intent of the rule to penalize each individual infraction as a separate technical foul".
So..... one team T to A and an indirect T to the A head coach is the correct call.
