Our association has an observation system.
Go to http://home.officiating.com/sowb/policy.htm

Go to the section on Evaluations/Observations and see what we do. the link "OBSERVATIONS" takes you to the form we use for scoring.

Everyone on the association must get a 70% or better on the NFHS test in order to officiate school ball.

Hope this helps.

Thanks Ron....

Do you have any fitness requirements? I.e. Must be able to run down a court and back a given number of times in a given time frame?

Does anyone see a problem with making this type of test a requirement within any association that choses to implement it?

If this type of test were a requirement, what would you guys/gals think is reasonable....
