Last week or so, I provided an interpretation for what was considered in on the court and off the court provided in my local chapter. See thread

http://www.officialforum.com/thread/23406

In our chapter meeting this week we were given further interpretations from the PIAA on this subject in a Referee Bulletin. It is not quite as simple as what we came up with, but it does provide some guidelines upon which to judge when and where to call the violation of going oob.

I felt that since the definitions I offered last week are no longer valid (because further instruction has been issued from the state) I should post the correction and let other fellow officials know the more detailed information is available from the PIAA Bulletin.
