I know what you meant, but don't confuse this ignorant coach anymore. You CAN have a foul if no one has possession (sometimes in loose balls, A1 will push B1 to get to it first). How about, "coach, they were both going for a loose ball and contact was inadvertant by both" or something along those lines?
